Summary:
In the enterprise data warehouse (PMPRD), the NTNL_ID field
in PS_ASU_D_PERSON_VW will begin to be populated with the last four characters
of the person's primary national ID from PS_PERS_NID. Previously, the NTNL_ID
field was left intentionally blank ("-") for all individuals.
