    • ASU_BPC_VW_ALL (new) - has all available years of BPC data (currently 2008 and 2009)
      
    • ASU_BPC_VW (changed) – will always have current year(s) only, similar to Transaction Detail data in the legacy Financial warehouse. Presently this view contains 2009 only.
      
    • ASU_BPC_VW_2008 (changed) – the view has been 'materialized', or frozen; querying the view should be much faster
      
    • FW_APPROPRIATION_TRANSACTION table (new): loaded nightly from APPROPRIATION_TRANSACTION table from legacy Financial warehouse on Enterprise1

Changes to EPM Business Rules and Logic

• Directory Services table (PS_ASU_DIRECT_SRVC) – TITLE field now reflects working titles. Specifically, TITLE will be employee’s Primary job position working title, if it exists, otherwise the title reflects the employee’s Primary job jobcode description.

Changes to EPM Business Rules and Logic - None

Two New Human Resource Profile Views!

Two new views have been added that will make reporting easier and more flexible. The new views are:

• ASU_EMP_JOB_PROFILE_VW
• ASU_EMP_JOB_PROFILE_CURR_VW
  

ASU_EMP_JOB_PROFILE_VW contains Job snapshots taken after each Pay End Dt. The view is a snapshot per pay period, of all active jobs and jobs terminated during the pay period.

ASU_EMP_JOB_PROFILE_CURR_VW contains just the most recent snapshot of Job data from ASU_EMP_JOB_PROFILE_VW.
